Expert Kim Young-hoon predicted a Bitcoin price crash to $20,000 as early as next week.

Expert Kim Yong-hoon, who goes by the pseudonym SungHoon Lee on social media, published a public forecast about a possible sharp deterioration in global financial markets. He warned of a chain reaction of economic and geopolitical events. He stated that current events in the Middle East between Iran, Israel, and the United States could trigger a major crisis in the coming days. He believes the stock market, technology sector, and crypto assets will be critically affected as early as next week.

The analyst stated that the key factor will be the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and the subsequent rise in oil prices above $150 per barrel. This, he estimates, could sharply accelerate global inflation, trigger an emergency increase in interest rates, and lead to a decline in global liquidity. As a result, major tech companies, including Nvidia, Apple, and Google, could come under attack, with the expert predicting their stocks could lose up to 20% in value in a very short period of time.

The expert also warns of a possible decline in investment in the artificial intelligence sector and the bursting of an "AI bubble" amid declining capital investment. According to his scenario, further pressure on markets will lead to a cascade of margin liquidations and a massive sell-off of assets.

The expert paid special attention to the cryptocurrency market. He believes a short-term drop in Bitcoin prices below $20,000 is possible, leading to widespread capitulation by market participants. He believes the current situation is different from the 2020 crisis and could develop without large-scale regulatory support measures. Bitcoin is trading near $66,420, having gained 4.53% in the past 24 hours. Taken from the source: https://cryptonews.net/ru/news/analytics/32496856/
