A major Ether holder named three factors driving the asset's price growth

Joseph Chalom, CEO of the American company SharpLink Gaming, identified three factors that could cause a sharp rise in the price of Ethereum. According to Ethereum Treasuries, Sharplink Gaming currently holds 861,251 ETH, worth $1.89 billion.
On Cointelegraph's Chain Reaction show, Chalom stated that Ethereum's growth would be primarily facilitated by the CLARITY Act, which regulates stablecoin yields and separates the powers of financial regulators in overseeing cryptocurrencies. CLARITY is still a bill, but the US Senate Banking Committee has already approved it. The top executive believes CLARITY will clarify cryptocurrency regulation not only in the United States but globally.
"I've traveled extensively in Asia and noticed that Korea, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore are closely monitoring the US's actions in the digital asset space, as the US strives to be a leader in the financial sector. "Asian jurisdictions are unwilling to give up their positions," Chalom said.
The second catalyst for Ethereum's growth should be investor risk appetite, which, according to Chalom, largely depends on the easing of international tensions and a cooling attitude toward artificial intelligence. Then, investors' attention will shift back to the altcoin, the head of SharpLink Gaming believes.
The third factor driving Ethereum's growth should be the development of tokenization of real assets—this is where Ethereum will dominate, Chalom believes. He noted that tokenization began in 2017 but progressed surprisingly slowly, although now entire investment funds are tokenizing assets.
According to Chalom's forecast, within a year the volume of tokenized assets could exceed $500 billion or even $1 trillion. Earlier, the head of SharpLink Gaming stated that tokenization has the potential to transform global finance in the long term.
